Abstract:The usages of “Social Law”by mainland academics of China,in the passed ten years,are random and inconsistent.They can be divided into four levels:the narrow meaning,the medium meaning,the wide meaning and the extensive meaning,and some of those medium meaning level“Social Law”usages have Chinese Characteristic.To understand which usage means the exact meaning level of Social Law is enough for relevant studies henceforward.There is not a universally accepted conception of Social Law,however,to point out of the usage level is the primary request in the academic argument.
