Reform and Restructure Models of China's Railway Industry: the Third Selection

Abstract:The author of the article firstly pointed out the targets and tasks of the reform and restructure of China's railway industry, and secondly analyzed the two prevalent schemes of the industry and discussed the related key elements and models of the reforming and restructuring, the author believes there is a third selection of the models for the industry and raised related stages of the reforming and restructuring.
