Liver Transplantation for Primary Liver Cancer in Patients with Posthepatitic Cirrhosis

Abstract:Objective To summarize the experience of liver transplantation for primary liver cancer in patients with hepatitic cirrhosis. Methods Allogenic piggy back liver transplantation was performed in four patients with primary liver cancer complicated by hepatitic cirrhosis from Augest 2000 to Augest 2001. Results By follow up of 1～12 months,all patients were survived . The aucte rejection was occured in 2 cases and remitted by hormone stosstherapy. Conclusion It is practicable that liver transplantation for primary liver cancer in patients with hepatitic cirrhosis.
