Abstract:Hybird systems based on genetic algorithms is a new methodology to reform and promote genetic algorithms in theory and application. It integrates GAs with existing well done methods and algorithms for optimization problems, sush as optimization heuristics, domain knowledge acquisition etc.. This paper studies three sorts of hybrid systems, and analyses the characteristics and performance of GAs hybridized with neural networks, fuzzy logic and expert system.
