Abstract:>Genomic variations,such as single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs),underlie differences in our susceptibility to diseases and manifest the way our body responds to treatments.Currently,fluorescence imaging is the mainstream approach for genetic analysis.With the rapid advances in fluorescence-based next-generation sequencing(NGS)technologies,a haplotype map of the human genome is under construction.However,the optical diffraction limit(200–300 nm)of fluorophores restricts the resolution to be of about 1000 bp.
