Abstract:In the present paper,three species(including a new species) of the genus Stenatkina Young(Homoptera,Cicadellidae,Cicadellinae) are recognized.The new species S.albopennis sp.nov.is described and illustrated.A key to species and color photographs of all three species are given.A generic new synonym Atkinoida Cai is proposed.All specimens,including the types of new species,are deposited in the Institute of Entomology,Guizhou University. 1 Stenatkina angustata(Young,1986)(Fig.8)Paratkina angustata Young,1986.
