Abstract:In recent years,Chinese universities made a big step in construction of Web-based courses.However,such problems as gap between theory and practice were quite obvious in Chinese practice of Web-based course design.This study aims to use a case study to explore the key factors that characterize high quality Web-based course.The selected course,named <Advanced Methods in Distance Education>,was taught by Dr.Dooley,who is from Texas A&M University.Characteristic analysis of the course found that such key aspects as management platform,instructional design,interaction design,performance assessment,and learning support contribute to its success.

Abstract:Nowadays e-learning is playing an important role in remote education, group training and tertiary education. In this paper, we first address the importance and functionality of e-learning in modern education; we then present an e-learning tool—network teaching platform ETP, which is implemented by techniques of J2EE, analyze the system functionality, and give the details of system design. Our practice shows that the platform is functionally stable for practical usage.

Abstract:Web-based assistant teaching system is a virtual teaching environment built by the use of computer and network technology. It completes the system with the uses of B/S three-tier architecture, ASP.NET technology and SQL Server as its background database. Base on requirements analysis in network teaching of Cangzhou medical college, it designs the access control of the system with the user-task-role ideology. The system functions into administrator space, teacher space, student space, and teaching interactive space. This paper states the functions in detail.

Abstract:. With the rapid development of mobile Internet and the widespread popularity of smart phones, WeChat has become the preferred app for Chinese netizens. In order to let students know more about their own course selection, this paper designs a student course selection management system based on WeChat applet. The system uses MyEclipse as the coding environment tool, Tomcat to provide application services, and MySQL as the background database. According to the user category, the system includes three functional modules: administrator, teacher and student. The administrator function module realizes class management, student management, teacher management, course management and course selection management. The teacher function module realizes the management of students' achievements. The student function module realizes the operation of course selection, course withdrawal, score query, personal information change, etc. The system is simple to operate, convenient to use, and effectively provides users with work efficiency.

Abstract:With the rise of the Internet in China and the penetration of mobile phone ports and computer ports to Chinese users, this system has the premise and foundation. In order to solve the current problems of the epidemic, so that students can learn the knowledge normally and even exceed the quality of teaching under the normal mode, this comprehensive online teaching platform is hereby established. The design of the B/S structure makes the platform run perfectly, the application of JSP technology solves the problem of dynamic pages, and the background is the commonly used and mature MYSQL database technology. Breaking the traditional teaching model allows students to learn knowledge at any suitable time and place, and master high-quality resources from the Internet. Students registered on the platform of this system can purchase courses online and view their studies in My Center, and the administrator will perform background management of the member students.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems in college PE course selection such as the disorder, being time-consuming and hard to manage, this paper, considering the specialty characteristics of college PE course management, constructs online course selection system based on B/S/S mode by adopting ASP dynamic web pages technology combined with database technology (ODBC and ADO). The system includes three function modules: students' function module, teachers' function module and administrator's function module, and it realizes the functions such as information setting, information query, information browsing, information modification and information addition, etc.. Meanwhile, this paper also puts emphasis on the introduction of various function modules, system structure, key technology, and design of database and the realization of security mechanism of the system. After test, this system has the characteristics of convenient, fast and stable operation, and it has a strong interaction. This system basically realizes the functions such as online course selection, course selection management, and course selection query, etc., which satisfies the demands of college PE teaching informatization management.

Abstract:With the rapid development of computer science and technology in China's information age, the application of computer science and technology has made great advantages in office automation management system. With the continuous expansion and enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the management of students has become increasingly complicated. As the advanced position of computer science and technology, colleges and universities have begun to put a large number of trivial management affairs to the computer platform system to achieve. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement a comprehensive university management system platform, including enrollment, accommodation, fees, employment and a series of work related to students, which can improve the decision-making level, management level and students’ training quality of each university. In this paper, the design of student management system platform, first of all, through the system requirements analysis, summed up the functional modules of the system. Then the detailed design of each functional module, specific analysis of each functional module should contain the function, according to the function of writing code. Finally, after the implementation of the system, function test, performance test and load test are carried out. According to the test results of 150 users logging into the system at the same time, the trend of the number of clicks per second and throughput is roughly the same, and the execution time at this time is 24 min and 35 s, which fully indicates that when the system is running normally, the server responds well to the requests sent by customers.

Abstract:Introductory Software Engineering courses present the principles in isolation from practice. Teaching the lectures seems to focus on philosophy and methodology level, which leads to difficulty for students having no practical experience to understand. To solve this problem, we design Software Engineering Practice course at Peking University, and educate students by “Real-world” software engineering practice. Through this course, students can understand fundamental software engineering theories and technologies, and apply appropriate software engineering methods and technologies to solve problems. This paper focuses on how to design Software Engineering Practice course, and introduces the experience and lessons when creating the course.

Abstract:English course online learning system is designed, the function of which includes the management function (personnel management, question library management, courseware management, security management, bulletin management and resource management), online learning (PPT, teaching video, difficulty parsing, homework problem), online test (randomly selected topic, automatic marking, chapter practice) and BBS communication. In the process of design, the MVC design pattern based on the Struts framework is used and data persistence technology uses Hibernate framework. Practice proves that the learning system has the characteristic of security, stability, high performance, cross-platform and expansion, which meets the requirements of the university students' learning. The entire system can allow students to study online.

Abstract:. “Introduction to Art” is a required course of basic theory for all art design majors, but there are still many difﬁculties in teaching methods in colleges and universities. Constructing the “online + ofﬂine” hybrid teaching mode can effectively solve many problems. Therefore, using modern information technology and online high-quality educational resources, the author of this paper has constructed a set of online teaching platform of “Introduction to Art” based on JSP technology. The platform uses Java language for overall development, introduces SpringMVC framework for process building, and combines MySQL database technology to set up two login roles of students and teachers, thus establishing an equal and open platform for learning and communication between teachers and students. At the same time, the system also provides a new mode for the education of “Introduction to Art”, which effectively improves students’ learning interest and efﬁciency, and helps art design students to consolidate their basic knowledge and cultivate their artistic sentiments.
