Abstract:As the world's consumption of alcoholic beverages is increasing standly,Alcohol-Induced osteoporosis present a major challenge to public health and life quality.Alcohol primarily induce changes in MSCs,osteoblasts and osteoclasts,such as the proliferation,differentiation and function.As a result,it inhabit bone formation and promote bone resorption,fat increased and a series of pathophysiological changes.In this paper,we reviewed reports about cell and molecular biological mechanisms of alcohol-induced osteoporosis formation.
