THE STUDY OF INHIBITING THE GROWTH OF SGC-7901 TUMOR CELL IMPLANTED IN NUDE MICE BY ENDOSTATIN

Abstract:Objective To study of the inhibition of the growth of SGC-7901 tumor cell implanted in nude mice by endostatin.Methods Establish the tumor model in nude mice with SGC-7901 cell.Then divide these mice into four groups,namely the control group,little dose group,middle dose group and large dose group.Brine was injected in the control group every other day,and different doses of endostatin was injected in other groups every other day.After seven weeks,kill the mice,measure the diameter and the volume of the tumor.Measure the apoptotic index and proliferative index of the tumor cell.Results Endostatin can restrain the growth of tumor and the vein of tumor,and there are notable differences between treatment groups and control group.And the apoptotic index rises clearly in the treatment groups.Conclusions Endostatin can restrain the vein of the tumor,accelerate the apoptotic of tumor cell,and inhibit the growth of tumor in nude mice.
