Abstract:During developing a military communication constellation system,effectiveness evaluation is a basic work.Only an effectiveness evaluation index system is established scientifically and completely,the evaluation will be more reasonable and effective.In this article,the principle of effectiveness evaluation index system establishment of military communication constellation systems is given.Then the main parameters space of a military communication constellation system and vital factors which influenced operational effectiveness of a military communication constellation system are analyzed.An integrated effectiveness evaluation index system of military communication constellation systems is established,which lays the foundation for integrated effectiveness evaluation of military communication constellation systems.
