Abstract:Exploring experiment teaching is the direction of higher education reform.According to the requirements of exploring experiment teaching, a series of methods including restrictive opening, data sharing, cross-group comparison, and paper writing are proposed in reinforced concrete structure exploring experiment teaching to promote large-scale exploring experiment teaching, which improve the studentsparticipation and overall teaching effectiveness.The successful practice of reinforced concrete structure exploring experiment teaching methods has important reference value for carrying out exploring experiment teaching for related subjects.

Abstract:Multi-functional pneumatic e-learning experimental platform is based on PLC control unit for the pneumatic system of electronic experiments.Aiming at the original all-pneumatic system for complex hardware structure and signal transmission,the sequential control of thought was introduced.The order controller as the core of the control system,combined with electronic technology and computer technology,the multi-functional electronic pneumatic teaching experimental platform was constituted.The results indicate that the experimental platform simplifies the complex structure of the pneumatic system and is easy to maintain.At the same time,students can facilitate do a wide range of experimental operation,shorten the experiment time,and remove the workload of manual records,etc..

Abstract:Virtual simulation technology is now becoming the main focus of the experimental practice teaching link. The article describes how to design the control program of the PLC control system of a single 6-floor elevator based on EETbasic elevator simulation experiment platform and combined with Botou V18 and S7-PLCSIM Advanced V5.0 software under Siemens and apply it to teaching practice. The article first introduces the structure of the elevator system and the characteristics of EETbasic software, as well as the control principle of the elevator control system. Secondly, the settings of the virtual simulation software, the configuration settings of the Boto, and the communication settings between the software are introduced. Then, the modular and structured programming method of a single elevator control program based on FB block is introduced. Finally, the teaching situation and teaching effect of this virtual simulation experimental platform applied for 4 years are introduced. It is finally concluded that this virtual simulation teaching, not only improves the setting of related courses but also has a great promotion effect on students' systematic mastery of theoretical knowledge and enhancement of innovation ability, which can achieve the purpose of improving the quality of teaching.

Abstract:The experimental teaching represents an essential means to improve the teaching effects through introducing independent experiments. Based on our experience in the teaching of independent experiments in the course animal physiology, we introduced dominant reform that was undertaken to establish the autonomous experiments, including the laboratory environment adaptation and concrete implementation methods. After practice for several years, great increase in students＇ experimental skills was achieved through independent experiment. In addition, this practice has promoted the formation of innovative thinking of the students and realized benefits for beth teachers and students.

Abstract:The elevator model is one of common controlled objects in the course of programmable logic controller,however,the complexity control logic the model is impractical for teaching.Moreover,due to lacking of practical operations,the teaching effect is not very good.Selecting THPFDT-2 teaching elevator model and SLC-500 programmable logic controller,the project will complete the design of the whole control system of this model,including hardware configuration,software and design of human-machine interface.It can realize the function of elevator,such as moving up or down,variable frequency speed regulation,response to the calls inside and outside of carbin.In addition,the researchers used the modulation thoughts making the whole design more succinct and pellucid.Furthermore,students can deeply understand the content of the course and intrigue their interest in study and improving their ability,meanwhile it also cultivates their creative thinking.

Abstract:This paper introduces the application of virtual simulation technology control system in the PCL experimental teaching. The four storey elevator control system as a control object by use configuration software, in the process of developing virtual simulation system is described. The simulation results show that the design of the control system is feasible, the virtual elevator can run under the control of the PLC. The cost of equipment is greatly reduced, thus improving the efficiency and effect of the experiments by use virtual simulation technology.

Abstract:This article aims to explore the teaching reform and practice of PLC courses under the integration mode of job certification and competition courses. By analyzing the current problems in the teaching of PLC courses in vocational schools and combining elements such as job requirements, skill certificate certification and skill competitions, a series of reform measures and practical experience have been proposed. The results indicate that the teaching mode of integrating job certification and competition courses can effectively enhance students’ practical abilities and professional qualities, providing new ideas and methods for teaching PLC courses in vocational schools.

Abstract:Programmable logic controllers （PLC） are widely used in various industries. The increasing size and complexity of PLC programs make testing and validation challenging. The testing and validation of PLC programs are analyzed to describe the research progress on verification and testing. The basic idea of each method is described with the advantages. Future trends for testing and validation of PLC programs are given. All existing testing and validation methods for PLC programs have limitations and need further study. Structural testing and fusion of different testing methods are some possible new directions.
