Abstract:Because of the specialty using Plant Simulation to simulate missile assembly and not suitable for production designation, this paper presents a simulation template based on plant simulation. The input parameters and the solving process are templated, parameterised and standardised in the simulation template. Then, the template was used to simulate the missile assembly production process, which proved the validity of the template. This chapter discusses the virtual production of missile assembly. First, plant simulation was used to set up a logic model for the missile assembly factory. The soft can be visualised simulation of the production process, and output data curves, for example, equipment utilisation and power in the process of production. The pretreatment is divided into three steps: plant modelling, modelling the logic relationship between modules, and solver control settings. Plant Simulation provides a special debug window that speeds up the debug efficiency for users. Using a programming language interaction interface, although to a certain extent, improves the threshold of using the software, but greatly enhances the flexibility. The template can be extended to other application scenarios. If reprocessing can automatically extract relevant output data, the template can cooperate iSight or ModelCenter software to make the whole process fitting, optimised or DOE.
