Study on the Bio-characteristics of Bacillus Thuringensis III

Abstract:Adopting different cultural medium isolated Bacillus thuringiensis from different soils, and identified the growth ability of isolated strains. The result showed: B. tIII strain had the str- stronger ability or producing endospore. The changed medium could affect the growth of B. tIII strain. The optimum content of peptone and sucrose was one percent. Adding zero point one percent CaCO3 could be advantage to the formation of endospore.
