Abstract:Mesenchymal stem cells( MSCs) play an important role in tumorigenesis, but there are some disputes about their effects on the tumor growth. Different studies found that MSCs could promote or suppress the tumor growth. MSCs had the potential to be used for oncotherapy because of its tropism of tumor and low immunogenicity.
