Abstract:Guided by the theories and methods of physical education and instructional technology,the instructional design of multimedia online courseware for physical education based on Internet was made with the principle of serving the students' needs first.Design methods were also presented.The effects of the software can be concluded as following: the PE theories and methods can be explained systematically in the online courseware,key factors of technical skills can be demonstrated with multimedia,and many topics can be discussed between teacher and students on the Internet.
