Preparation and Assaying Bioactivities of HarpinXooc Loaded Nanoparticles

Abstract:The HarpinXooc loaded nanoparticles were prepared for assaying their bioactivities in agriculture.In this study,the HarpinXooc loaded nanoparticles were prepared by ionic gelation of chitosan with tripolyphosphate,and the effect of shaking time on nanoparticles′ physicochemical properties was studied.The size and zeta potential of the HarpinXooc nanoparticles were(270.0±3.0)nm and(16.5±0.9)mV.The encapsulation efficiency and loading capacity of nanoparticles were 62.7%±1.8% and 12.6%±2.4%.Moreover,the nanoparticles induced hypersensitive response and promoted the growth of tobacco roots.In general,the HarpinXooc loaded nanoparticles exhibited some attractive features which included subsequent release,mild preparing conditions,simple method,high encapsulation efficiency and promoting bioactivities.
