Abstract:We use Delphi7.0 to develop the windows visual software for gravity and magnetic potential field continuation from undulate terrain or line to plane surface or line.For mapping module of the software,Surfer 8.0 and Grapher3.0 are called to draw contour maps for 3D grid data and profile maps for 2D data by using ActiveX technology.This method can help the users observe the characteristic of the potential field quickly and conveniently and make the data processing and interpretation simpler and easier.

Abstract:According to the requirements of the Ground Control Station(GCS) for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV),the structure and functions of GCS were introduced.Because there are advantages of Matlab in numerical analysis and graphics processing,the paper put forward mixed programming technology based on Matlab and VC++ to realize the function of data analysis of GCS.On the basis of different flight missions in UAV,unconstrained switch of two coordinates of navigation electronic map in the same GCS was realized.There are many advantages in the GCS such as strong real-time property,good stability,friendly man-machine interface,so it has been applied and fully verified in a UAV flight experiment.

Abstract:A parallel simulation user environment (PSUE) has been developed for unstructured grid‐based computational simulation. Arbitrary computer application software can be integrated into the environment to provide a multi‐disciplinary engineering analysis capability within one unified computational framework. It provides an enhanced capability for complex and multiple problem definition, a graphics environment for guidance through the grid generation process with visual validation of each step, and robust and computationally efficient unstructured grid generation modules. This paper addresses an interactive geometry utility environment (IGUE), which is the primary part of the PSUE, providing sophisticated graphical user interfaces with geometric handling capability oriented to the unstructured grid technology. The IGUE is equipped with windowing functionality from the X‐Window system, and its underpinning data structure is based on non‐manifold topology. Copyright © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

Abstract:In order to regulate the Three Gorges Reservoir scientifically,the optimized theory and computer science are combined,and the combination of Matlab and Web applications is realized.When the developed program involves a lot of mathematical manipulation,the calculation function can be completed by Matlab,which is to compile Matlab programs into related components,then deploy the components into the Web application and release it;therefore,users can run the program directly in the browser without Matlab and the Web application can be achieved rapidly.The Web application of the Three Gorges cascade reservoirs regulation is taken as an example to verify the feasibility of developing the Web applications with Matlab.
Study on DXF interface technique and its application to MATLAB finite element modelling

Abstract:The basic structure of the DXF file is introduced herein,and then the comparison and analysis are made on the entities of various versions of the DXF file. On this basis,a program with version compatibility for the interface between AutoCAD and MATLAB is compiled with MATLAB. With this program,the data exchange and sharing between AutoCAD and MATLAB can be better realized. Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of this interface program is verified through the calculation case concerned.

Abstract:In order to make it more convenient for the engineers to use EGS , explored a new type of procedure under the utility of the VC ++ , this procedure which is named of EGS Win can run under the Windows system. This procedure consists of graphical user interface. Through this procedure, the user have to input the simple and intuitionistic geometric entity for getting the definition of the region. This procedure greatly improves the efficiency of EGS.

Abstract:The application of MATLAB (Matrix Labratory) in material balance for chemical engineering calculations is introduced through 5 typical examples of benzene hydrogenation to cyclohexane, propane combustion, a water gas conversion process, a three stage cuntercurrent washing process and correction of material balance of butane dehydrogenation to butene. The chase method of tridiagonal equations, ill-conditioned equations, iterative method of Gauss-Siedel can be worked out by the command x =A\b of MATLAB. MATLAB software makes it accurate, stable, rapid and low running costs to conduct linear equations of chemical engineering calculation.

Abstract:Under the background of new engineering courses, professional mathematics teaching needs to keep pace with the times and improve the progressiveness and scientific nature of teaching methods.In order to improve the mathematics teaching effect of computer majors, This article constructs a new teaching environment through simulation system construction methods, analyzes the shortcomings of traditional teaching models through comparative analysis methods, and improves the teaching platform based on the actual needs of mathematics professionals in current society. The curve interpolation technology is improved, and a forward-looking real-time Matlab simulation algorithm is designed. Through the evaluation and analysis, it can be seen that the mathematics teaching system for computer majors based on MATLAB can effectively improve the intuitive effect of advanced mathematics teaching, and help to improve the teaching quality of advanced mathematics.

Abstract:Dealing with the multi-variable predictive control system, from the point of view on avoiding Matlab simulation errors, a new method was proposed, in which the predictive model was decentralized and analyzed accurately. It helps to prove some related conclusions of predictive control. At the same time, Graphic User Interface (GUI) of Matlab was used to design a simulation platform of predictive control, which provides good interaction and extensibility. At last, some simulation examples were given to show the effectiveness of the platform.

Abstract:Object-oriented technology is used to study the CAD/CAM system of super CNC glass carve center in this paper. Based on a successful development of the CAD/CAM system on the OS of WINDOWS, Modular organization in the CAD/CAM system and the detail process of figure forming are presented. It has been proved that the developed CAD system of glass carve robot that is accurate and effectively , and is very successful by a great deal of practice.

Abstract:The pretreatment of the numerical model including creating and calculating grids automatically and reading terrain information in the linear boundary technique is developed automatically by the use of the software of Arcview. Through integrating Arcview, Visual Basic and the numerical simulation model of the Yangze Estuary, the result data of the mathematical model such as tide level and velocity are visualized dynamically and interactively. The information system of the Yangtze Estuary′s mathematical model can offer different kinds of engineering databases.

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to design and develop an interactive dynamic simulation platform for digital image processing teaching. This platform is constructed and implemented by the hierarchical design. The user interfaces of platform are build by the graphical user interface controls of MATLAB and user operations are responded by writing callback functions. The abstract teaching contents and processing procedure are interpreted by image comparison and animation demonstration. On the platform, users can realize the learning and understanding of knowledge through interactions with operation interface. Moreover, utilizing the secondary development function of platform, students can consolidate and expand their study and application. The practice shows that the simulation platform, as a supplementary teaching method, can enhance students' interest and perceptual cognition and effectively improve the teaching and learning effect in the classroom.
