Abstract:In this paper, the analysis of the actuality about domestic 3PL is performed on the basis of the data investigated by the Storage Union of China and YANGZHOU logistics planning problem group. The obvious problems about 3PL are also pointed out. Three operation models of 3PL, which are the traditional bargain mode, the strategic union mode and the synthetical group mode, are all concluded. And what's more, the advantages and the disadvantages about the three operation modes are then discussed. Furthermore, three plans about the constitution of the synthetic logistics company are commended. Finally, some pieces of advice and several strategies of development about 3PL are raised.

Abstract:A supply chain with a Third Party Logistics (TPL) service provider involved is studied using game theory. The factor of logistics service level is considered to see the effect on the supply chain's total profit. In addition, the profit allocation problem is also discussed in the paper. Then we find out that, when supplier, retailer and TPL use the collaborative decision-making strategy, the sales volume will increase, the logistics service will be improved and the total profit will rise too. With a reasonable allocation method, supply chain members will cooperate actively to realize the Pareto improvement.

Abstract:Firstly, based on the information at home and abroad, combining the actual conditions in our country, the paper described China’s status for development of Fourth–Party logistics. Second, on the basis of that, the paper discusses the four operation modes of Fourth–Party Logistics in China in detail: coordinated operation type, integrated program type, innovative industry type, and dynamic alliance type. Finally, this article analyzes those modes and internal and external logistics business environment, firm size and industry conditions that the four types of models adapt to.

Based on the analysis of the reason of the transferring, the feasibility of the traditional transportation enterprises transferring to TPL was discussed. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions for the traditional transportation enterprises to successfully transfer to TPL were brought forward.

Abstract:From the perspective of the economic and business development strategy,the paper analyzed the status and main decisive factors of third party loqistics,and addressed its main indicators and measurement power weight relative relations of the third party logistics enterprises.Then it built a comprehensive appraisal method of third party logistics which was based on TOPSIS;First,we verified appraisal target of thirclparty logistics enterprises,and applied Entropy and AHP method to confirm the subjective and objective power weight.Then we used them to get a comprehensive power weight.On this basis,we sorted various logistics service providers' projects with TOPSIS(Technique for Order Prdference by Similarity to Ideal Solution).Then we obtained.the conprehensive evaluation results of third party logistics enterprises.The examples proved its effectiveness and feasibility,and it got a better result in practice.

Abstract:This paper examines the usage of third party logistics services in China. Foci was made on four constructs that we believe are the primary determinants of the future usage of third party logistics service. These constructs are: extent of use of the third party logistics services in the manufacturing and the trading enterprises; decision making process for choosing a contract logistics services provider; impact on the usage of contract logistics services on the organization; and different types of demands in different industries. An empirical research was carried out to study the impact of these four factors on the future usage of third party logistics services. Results based on the analysis of data relating to 156 firms in China indicate that the extent of use of the third party logistics services between manufacturing enterprises and trading enterprises differ greatly. Most of these users are satisfied with the services providers and have largely seen positive developments within the organization. With a high current level of satisfaction, most firms surveyed indicated a moderate to substantial increase in usage of their services.

Paper presents a third-party logistics information service model based on the cloud platform. This is a cross-enterprise integration model, which eliminate islands of information between enterprises. Because the model not only pass the data, but also synchronize the operation process between logistics and commerce, it improve the CPG supply chain operation efficiency, and generate social and economic benefits.
