Abstract:Through the method of literature and policy learning,the paper firstly outlined the situation of the study on evaluation indicator system of the performance of community health services in both home and abroad.Then the principle was concluded out in the paper: key factors influenced indicator selection and the common indicators.Also,it was pointed out that the difficulties of unifying the indicator system were from the imbalance development of community health services,the lack of initiative of supervision in some of the less developed areas and rural areas and the uncertainties during the exploration and development stage of community health services in China.So it was almost unlikely to implement a unified evaluation indicator system at this stage and in a long period in our country.But it should be noted that there was a must to integrate the indicators of community health service performance evaluation system.To solve the above difficulties,the solution of guidance to different types,implementation by steps and gradual convergence was proposed in the paper.
