Abstract:Now the job burnout ratio among the civil servants is relatively higher in China.The civil servant burnout not only affects the body and mind health of the civil servants themselves seriously,but also the government efficiency and its public image directly,even has some influence on success or failure of the management reform and successful building of the harmonious society.The civil servant job burnout results from the society,the government organization and the civil servants themselves.Only the whole society show enthusiastic concern for it,the civil servants themselves make great efforts,the government departments push its management reform actively,and the social environment supports it,can the civil servants job burnout be prevented effectively,can the civil servants job life quality be promoted,and can the harmonious development of the society be advanced.
