Abstract:In order to solve the problems of the traditional design method for relay control circuit system, a method is proposed to generate the electrical device terminal array and the cable list. The network topology technique is used to describe the connecting relationships between electrical relay apparatus, and the logical relation table and logical diagram of electrical relay apparatus are defined and the bipartite graph matching technique is used. This method also uses the Dijkstra algorithm to calculate the shortest cable length between electrical devices, and adopts the DFS and BFS algorithms to generate the electrical device terminal array and cable list automatically. The CAD software based on this method can automatically accomplish most design works. It improves the design efficiency and optimizes the design result.

Abstract:In order to avoid relay settings from being a hidden failure source,an idea of relay settings examination and rectification is proposed and a software for relay settings examination and rectification is developed.The software includes two main functions: one is relay-setting examination,which is used to examine the selectivity,sensitivity and speed of relay settings under certain operating condition,and gives an opinion whether these settings are wrong;the other is relay-setting rectification,which is used to calculate new relay settings when error is found by the examination.This paper analyses the process of relay setting examination and rectification,and presents the software's realization model.This software can adjust the relay-setting according to the change of power network structure or operating condition,and prevent the accident due to wrong setting calculation.

Abstract:To obtain object of establishing the virtual prototype of military hermetic electromagnetic relay, the CAD system for military hermetic electromanetic relay based on UG platform was developed. This system possesses many functions such as parameterized modeling, automatic assembling, checking interference of assembly, engineering drawing output etc.. This CAD system facilitates the relay designer to do relay initial virtual design, provides models for following simulation of military hermetic electromagnetic relay in virtual environment, lays a foundation for perfect relay’s virtual prototype technique.

Abstract:Belt conveyors are widely used in the areas of coal, ports, electric power, chemical, etc, to transport bulk solid. The traditional design methods have many defects, such as long design cycle, prone to error, and it is unable to meet the needs of modern society. This paper presents a new method of designing belt conveyors, the 3D visual rapid design platform based on the AutoCAD software for the design of belt conveyors. This platform uses Visual Basic software to develop the rapid design program, establishes the stereo models of the belt conveyor by extending the functions of AutoCAD with ObjectARX. So it builds the three-dimensional design environment in which the designers can adjust the structure of the belt conveyor based on the actual environment, manage the parts of the belt conveyor and get the engineering drawing of the belt conveyor. This platform increases the design speed and improves the design quality. ©2010 IEEE.

Abstract:In the paper,automatic formation of relay setting coordination figures has been studied and corresponding software has been developed.The part lists are connected via power network topology of setting software,and subordinate and superordinate equipment are searched on the basis of the setting parts designated by consumers;then layout algorithm is employed to calculate rendering location of matched parts and simulated setting coordination figure in conformity with consumers' habit is finally rendered by virtue of part rendering functions.It is proved that the function is of practicality and beneficially supplements to relay setting software.

Abstract:Because of the simplicity and visualization, the configuration software has great advantage in programming. But as confined by the number of components and their associated functions within the groupware, it is very difficult to produce a software to implement functions that the groupware can not provide. Control Builder is the control configuration software made by Honeywell Corporation. After briefly introducing its programming basics, This paper proposes a new approach to program advanced control strategies using the existing groupware only. At last, temperature control application results in the cement kiln using the modern control theory strategy produced by the proposed programming approach are supplied.

Abstract:A new software design method is pointed out according to the actual status of digital relay protection. The method describes the essential idea of the Graph-control-arithmetic configuration,adopting the technology of object-orientation. A powerful graphical user interface software platform is also designed,on which all protection code can be automatically generated. The information of code scheme is downloaded to protection equipment for implementing the protection function.

Abstract:This paper introduces mainly the technical realization of computer aided design of refrigerator condenser.On the basis of refrigerator condenser design with Visual C++6.0，this interactive and practical program implements the parametric drawing by using the development tool ObjectARX of AutoCAD R14.0.The whole program,which has a friendly user interface,the parametric design and high efficiency of drawing,impenetrats the modularization idea.In a word,this program has a broad application value in the design of refrigeration system parts.

Abstract:Aiming at lacking of effective verifications for value setting of relaying protection component in DC traction system of railway transportation,development of simulation verification software was proposed. Based on the study of demand of the software,the function architecture was put forward. Based on technology of software development,DC flow calculation and setting value verification,a designing method for such software was introduced by focusing on aspects of designing of graphical interface,selection of short circuit calculation model and verification of protection setting value of DC feeder line breaker. At last,simulation of this software was verified with the case of the real DC traction system in Shanghai. The results indicate that proposed software is able to realize several functions including fault simulation and computer-aid verification. It can also guide the selection and adjustment of value setting of relaying protection system to decrease frequency of rejection and malfunction.

Abstract:Relay system is one of the most broadly used control systems.Relay circuit design is a key part of relay system.CAD software,even those specifically created for relay circuit design,has no effective support to simulate relay circuits,and it is problematic because it requires manual analysis and verification,which wastes valuable design time and introduces design errors inevitably.The research and development of relay circuit simulation software is a significant and valuable work.In this paper,relays' model classified according to their functions and their models are established.Relay control circuit is understood as a topography.The method of checking the competition risk is based on the simulation of the delay circuit according to the models.

Abstract:A set of complex management software for fault analysis and protection setting calculation is developed, which can beused in various voltage levels of power networks. The software is developed based on practicality with the characteristics ofuniversality, intelligent, individuation and friendly interaction. A new insert mode for software structure is presented, and thefunction and merit of all modules are introduced. Abstract:This paper presents a case-based reasoning (CBR) approach combing with knowledge-based reasoning technique to build the intelligent CAD (ICAD) system for relay circuit. In order to represent the cases of relay circuit, an electrical graphics description language, called XvgML, has been implemented to describe the structure, principle and function of electric circuits. A case-based learning method using topological graph search for electrical sub-circuits is also proposed. Moreover, a cooperative software model has been developed, which provides an Object-Web framework for Internet-oriented design environment. Finally, a sample is given to demonstrate the use of this model for the implementation of intelligent Relay Circuit CAD system (iRCCAD).

Abstract:Object-oriented technology is used to study the CAD/CAM system of super CNC glass carve center in this paper. Based on a successful development of the CAD/CAM system on the OS of WINDOWS, Modular organization in the CAD/CAM system and the detail process of figure forming are presented. It has been proved that the developed CAD system of glass carve robot that is accurate and effectively , and is very successful by a great deal of practice.
