A Clinical Observation of Intra—arterial Chenotherapy Combined with Thermotherapy for Prinary Liver Cancer after TACE

Abstract:Objective To observe curative effect and subsidiary reaction of 60 primary liver cancer patients who were treated by TACE and artery chemotherapy after TACE,which combine concurrently partial high-frequency thermotherapy.Methods 60 cases were divided into A and B groups. 30 cases in A group were treated only by TACE.30 cases in B group were treated by artery chemotherapy after TACE and combined concurrently partial high-frequency thermotherapy.The clinic effective of two groups were compared.Results The changing about volume of tumor,Carinii Scores, easement of pain in group B were all better than that in group A.And there was no increasing of subsidiary reaction in group B.Conclusions Treatment about chemotherapy through hepatic artery after TACE,combine local high-frequency thermotherapy could increase efficient,and relieve pain,and improve life quality of patient,accordingly lengthen life span of patient,which was a kind of safe and effective therapy.
