The Tie Strength of Network and Organizational Learning: the Adjustment Role of Environmental Dynamism

Abstract:Taking the environmental dynamics as adjustment variable,the paper establishes the concept modal of the effects of the network tie strength on organizational learning.By multi-linear regression analysis,it conducts empirical study to how the network tie strength affects organizational learning,and it reaches the following conclusions:weak tie facilitates exploration learning,and the adjustment effect of environmental dynamics on network tie strength and exploration learning is not obvious;Strong tie facilitates exploitation learning,and the environmental dynamics has adjustment effects on the relationship between network tie strength and exploitation learning.Under stable context,the strong tie has bigger effects on the exploitation learning of enterprises.The conclusions reached in this paper have certain guiding significance to the theory and practice of enterprise organizational learning.
