Abstract:Recently,new idea,novel method and novel technique in drug synthesis have been enriched,but the development of drug synthesis strategies is more important.The basic concepts and principles of these items such as forward-synthetic analysis,dynamic combinatorial chemistry,green chemistry,asymmetric synthesis and so on were reviewed,and their applications to drug synthesis strategy were also discussed.The correlative examples which had been reported in recent years were also introduced.
