Abstract:The traditional data transfer between mobile and server end is achieved through data stream based on HTTP protocol,which encodes the data stream into key value pairs separated by special characters,facilitating the data selection on the mobile end.With this method,to search variables is fast on server,but it is not applicable when dealing with complicated or nested data structure.To solve this problem,the architecture was developed for mobile data transfer based on XML.The mechanism to parse XML in J2ME was studied and applied in the vehicle license mobile query system.

The mobile warehouse management system is one better solution to meet this expectation. In this paper de- sign and implementation of one mobile warehouse management system are discussed that developed by ourselves. Abstract:As a standard for data exchanging in the network,XML data is increasing in highly speed.It becomes very eagerly to manage the XML data via RDBMS.In this paper,a middleware implement framework of XML data management is proposed,with utilizing some special mapping methods,parsing the schema files,and then producing the corresponding relational schemas to store and manage XML data in a RDBMS.Users can operate the XML data by XML operations without awaring of anything about the RDBMS.This framework is easy to be extended in the future because of its flexible structure.

Abstract:The problem of heterogeneous data integration in industrial supervisory control is presented and analyzed. The demand and difficulties of complex lab data representing, storing and publishing are outlined and analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that a self-descriptive data structure with clear organization of contents and easy connection to human-machine interface is needed. A solution based on XML (eXtended Mark-up Language) is proposed with combination of different layers of data storage, data logic and presentation, human-machine interface. An XML-based system is developed to meet the demands of laboratory data publishing with complex structure. Construction of user interface from XML schema, conversion of lab data into XML, algorithm of storing XML into RDBMS (relation database manager system), query and reconstruction of XML documents from the RDBMS are touched upon. The data structure is described in details and its unique advantage is presented.

Abstract:J2ME technology is the prefect way to be used in e-business. With the development of Java, the technology of J2ME aimed at embedding in equipment and electronic appliances for consuming has appeared. Abstract:As a component of Digital Agriculture, farm field data collection and transmission are playing important roles. At first, this paper describes the status quo of farm field data collection and transmission. Secondly, to enhance the speed and flexibility and reduce the expense, a new farm field data collection and transmission system is introduced based on the Java phone, which adopts B/S web frame. In the frame, the system includes three parts: Mobile Client, Application Server and Database. Thirdly, the design of this system is analyzed in details . There are such functions on the mobile client as field data collection, data transmission, information query, location and navigation. Application server includes the data receiving, data storage, information query, and map service. Finally, a test prototype system was realized and discussed. The test results show that the field data collection and transmission system based on Java phone has good transplantation, improves the speed of data collection and transmission and saves expense.

Abstract:Application development for mobile computing devices has been greatly developed. The design of user interface is a complex and time-consuming job. In a pervasive computing environment, the program might be shown in different kinds of mobile computing devices. So an efficient method of interface development has become necessary. In this paper, we analyze shortcomings of traditional user interface design methods and propose a new software reuse technology to enhance the reusability and extensibility of mobile computing devices user interface which is based on XML. We use DTD to provide definitions of XML document type and define a XML document only to implement a unified user interface. The pages could be generated dynamically by using XSLT to analyze the XML documents and be shown in mobile client browsers. This reuse technology could select suitable XSLT styles for transforming an XML user interface description into different shapes to reduce the complexity of interface development and improve the efficiency of development.
