Historical Review and Basic Features of Medical Quality Research in the Past Three Decades in China

Abstract:Health reform has been thirty years.Through using CNKI and literature review method,medical quality research in China is firstly systematically reviewed.Development process is divided into three stages,and the feature of each stage is obvious.It is found that the theme of health quality research is medical quality.The issues of medical quality changes from marginalization to core issue in national health policy and hospital management.The conclusion is that China health quality and medical quality research object,motivation,content,research issues,method and theoretical perspective are urgent and need changing,so as to response changing health needs,establish health fiscal system,and construct harmony relationship between doctors and patients.
