Abstract:MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are a group of endogenous non-coding single-stranded RNAs,which play a critical role in physiological processes.Accurate and sensitive quantification of miRNAs expression quantity is conducive to unveil their biological functions.But it is a great challenge to detect mature miRNA by using traditional methods because of its short size and its limited expression quantity in cells.In this paper,a review on the detection methods of miRNA in recent years is presented and the research status and prospect at home and abroad are discussed.
