Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effects and side effect of the patients with advanced colorectal cancer treated with the regimen of oxaliplatin,fluorouracil and calcium folinate.Methods:Twenty-eigt patients entered the study.The patients received oxaliplatin 135mg/m2(iv,2h) d1,CF200mg/m2(iv,2h) d1,d2,5-FU400mg/m2(iv,bolus) d1,d2,and,5-FU 3.0g/m2(48h continuous infusion).The treatment was repeated every 3 weeks as a cyele.Efficacy was evaluated after at least 3 cycles.Results:All patients could be evaluated,there were CR 1(3.6%),PR 12(42.9%) and the overall response rate was 46.5%.Main toxic reactions were mild nausea/vomiting,mucositis,neutropenia and peripheral neuropathy.Conclusion:Oxaliplatin combined with 5-FU/CF shows good efficacy and acceptable toxicily for advanced colorectal cancer patients.
