Abstract:Immediate social environment(classroom,school,family,the country,society etc) where teachers deeply affecting teachers'belief,and Teachers'beliefs and teaching behavior is not a causal linkage relationship, but in the interactive relationship,that teachers'beliefs generate in teachers'practice and teachers'living environment,subject to its environment of values and culture,at the same time influence teachers'identity and sense of teaching effectiveness,and reflection of the teaching practice of and accumulation of experience can change the existing teachers'beliefs.Improve the environment of the social culture and policy aspects,leading the change of teachers' beliefs;School culture and based on the school teaching practice of teachers training system provide strong condition for teachers' beliefs reflection and promoting teachers' professional development.
