Views on Leisure Sports from Sociological Perspective

Abstract:The paper from the perspective of sociology sees leisure sports as a part of the social and cultural world which we live in, and explains the relationship between the leisure sports and social and cultural environment, between the human behavior and social interaction in leisure sports. Conclusions are as follows: firstly, Leisure sports is a kind of inner experiences beneficial to the physical and mental health of people, instead of the specific activities that need to use a standard definition outside. Experience is the core of leisure sports. Secondly, Leisure sports provide the process of experience. It helps people get the great opportunities to "flow". Therefore, emphasizing the social process of leisure sports, we should not give up the "experience" which is the very foundation of leisure sports, which is a direct way to understanding of the freedom of leisure sports.
