Abstract:In the context of the atomic poset, we propose several new methods of constructing the complete lattice and the algebraic lattice, and the mutual decision of relationship between atomic posets and complete lattices (algebraic lattices) is studied.

Abstract:A difficult question arising in the study of effect algebras is how to equip them with a fitting and proper topology such that the topology is compatible with the partial operations ⊕ and Θ. As we know, the Frink ideal topology is an important intrinsic topology for studying partially ordered set theory; in particular, it is the correct topology for chains and direct products of a finite number of chains. In this paper, we show that the Frink ideal topology is also a nice topology for studying effect-algebra theory since it provides the operations with some of the expected continuity properties.

Abstract:In order to provide a unified semantics for non-commutative algebraic logic, based on posets, Rump and Yang introduced the concept of quantum B -algebras. In this paper, we mainly consider the construction of quantum B -algebras over posets. We prove that a finite poset can support a quantum B -algebra if and only if its every connected component has a greatest element. However, such a result for infinite posets is not necessarily true. Under certain conditions, some interesting results for a poset to support quantum B -algebra are provided.

Abstract:In this paper, we consider the complete lattice Q(L) of all quotients of a complete Boolean algebra L. We show that Q(L) is a complete Boolean algebra for a complete Boolean algebra L by establishing an isomorphism between the set Q′(L) of all q-sets of L and Q(L). Some characterizations of the quotients of a complete Boolean algebra L and some properties of the category of complete Boolean algebras are obtained.

Abstract:Multi-posets as the generalization of quantum B-algebras and partially ordered semigroups etc. were firstly introduced and studied by Rump. In this paper, we shall continue his work and investigate the completions of multi-posets and quantum B-algebras. Firstly, we introduce the notions of the (precoherent) completions of a multi-poset M and the (algebraic) consistent quantic nuclei on the power-set P(Mf) of the free semigroup of M, and prove that the (precoherent) completions of a multi-poset M is completely determined by the (algebraic) consistent quantic nuclei on P(Mf) up to isomorphism. Moreover, we give the concrete forms of the least and the largest standard (precoherent) completions and obtain the free quantale over a multi-poset in the category of multi-posets. Finally, when the completions and consistent quantic nuclei of multi-posets are applied to the cases of quantum B-algebras and partially ordered semigroups, several analogous results can also be obtained.

Abstract:The concept of fuzzy complete lattice congruence relation on fuzzy complete lattice is defined,and the relation between fuzzy complete lattice congruence and fuzzy closure operator is discussed.It is proved that in a fuzzy complete lattice,the fuzzy poset of fuzzy complete lattice congruence relations is fuzzy order isomorphic to the fuzzy poset of fuzzy closure operators.The quotient of a fuzzy complete lattice congruence relation is defined.It is also proved that the image of a fuzzy complete lattice under a surjective fuzzy complete lattice morphism is fuzzy order isomorphic to the quotient of the fuzzy complete lattice congruence relation induced by the fuzzy complete lattice morphism.

Abstract:For an ascending correspondence $F:X\to 2^X$ with chain-complete values on a complete lattice $X$, we prove that the set of fixed points is a complete lattice. This strengthens Zhou's fixed point theorem. For chain-complete posets that are not necessarily lattices, we generalize the Abian-Brown and the Markowsky fixed point theorems from single-valued maps to multivalued correspondences. We provide an application in game theory.

Abstract:In this paper, the lower and upper generalized rough approximation operators on complete atomic Boolean lattices are studied by means of constructive and axiomatic approaches. In constructive approach, a pair of lower and upper rough approximation operators is first defined. The connections between binary relations on complete atomic Boolean lattices and rough approximation operators are established. In axiomatic approach, the axiomatic characterization of various classes of approximation operators are given.

Abstract:A chain poset, by definition, consists of chains of ordered elements in a poset. We study the chain posets associated to two posets: the Boolean algebra and the poset of isotropic flags. We prove that, in both cases, the chain posets satisfy the strong Sperner property and are rank-log concave.

Abstract:We generalize the notion of complete binary relation on complete lattice to residuated lattice valued ordered sets and show its properties. Then we focus on complete fuzzy tolerances on fuzzy complete lattices and prove they are in one-to-one correspondence with extensive isotone Galois connections. Finally, we prove that fuzzy complete lattice, factorized by a complete fuzzy tolerance, is again a fuzzy complete lattice.

Abstract:Let n be a positive integer with n >= 2 and [n] :-= {1, 2, ... ,n}. An m-partial injective map of [n] is a pair (A, f) where A is an m-subset of [n] and f : A -> [n] is an injective map. Let P = L boolean OR {1}, where L is the set of all the partial injective maps of [n]. Partially ordered P by ordinary or reverse inclusion, two families of finite posets are obtained. This article proves that these posets are atomic lattices, discusses their geometricity, and computes their characteristic polynomials.

Abstract:This paper connects complete orthomodular lattices to two enriched quantale structures. Complete orthomodular lattices emphasize a static perspective of a quantum system, helping us reason about testable properties of a quantum system. Quantales offer a dynamic perspective, helping us reason about the structure of quantum actions. We enrich quantales with an orthocomplementation-inducing operator, and call these structures orthomodular dynamic algebras. One type of orthomodular dynamic algebra distinguishes the joins of any two different sets of atoms, while the other distinguishes elements by the collective behavior of the atoms below it. We show that both orthomodular dynamic algebras are unital, and the unit is the top element of an induced orthomodular lattice. We provide a categorical equivalence between both orthomodular dynamic algebras and complete orthomodular lattices with isomorphisms, and we show that this equivalence is preserved when augmenting the orthomodular dynamic algebras with an involution. These equivalences help clarify the relationship between static and dynamic quantum structures.

Abstract:Q -algebras form an important class of ordered algebraic structures, which can be regarded as a generalization of quantales and Q -modules, and play an important role in the study of lattice-valued quantales, lattice-valued frames and stratified lattice-valued topological spaces. Every Q -algebra is isomorphic to a quotient Q -algebra of some power-set Q -algebra. We investigate some properties of power-set Q -algebras, and, by means of the relations between ordered semigroups, give a general characterization for the strong homomorphisms between power-set Q -algebras.

Abstract:An orthogonality space is a set equipped with a symmetric, irreflexive relation called orthogonality. Every orthogonality space has an associated complete ortholattice, called the logic of the orthogonality space. To every poset, we associate an orthogonality space consisting of proper quotients (that means, nonsingleton closed intervals), equipped with a certain orthogonality relation. We prove that a finite bounded poset is a lattice if and only if the logic of its orthogonality space is an orthomodular lattice. We prove that that a bounded poset is a chain if and only if the logic of the associated orthogonality space is a Boolean algebra.

Abstract:We introduce partially ordered sets (posets) with an additional structure given by a collection of vector subspaces of an algebra $A$. We call them algebraically equipped posets. Some particular cases of these, are generalized equipped posets and $p$-equipped posets, for a prime number $p$. We study their categories of representations and establish equivalences with some module categories, categories of morphisms and a subcategory of representations of a differential tensor algebra. Through this, we obtain matrix representations and its corresponding matrix classification problem.

Abstract:We extend the chain algebra, originally defined in \cite{GN} for finite distributive lattices to that of finite pure posets. We show this algebra corresponds to the Ehrhart ring of a (0,1)-polytope, termed the chain polytope, and characterize the indecomposability of this polytope. Furthermore, we prove the normality of the chain algebra, describe its canonical module, and extend one of main results from \cite{GN} by computing its Krull dimension. For width-2 pure posets, we determine the algebra's regularity and conditions for it to be Gorenstein or nearly Gorenstein.

Abstract:We study contact posets and show that every contact poset can be embedded into a Boolean poset with overlap contact relation. Contact posets and (nonadditive) contact semilattices have the superamalgamation property, Fra\"ıssé limits and model completion.
