The method applies the ensemble Kalman filter (EnKF) to approximate the total inversion with low computational cost, and refine the updating space using encoded simultaneous-source FWI (ESSFWI) to improve the representation ability of EnKF. In this paper, we further develop EnFWI to optimize the regularization factors along with the velocity model, enabling self-adaptive regularization utilizing anisotropic smoothing constrains to improve the imaging quality. We also apply an optimized finite-difference operator obtained by minimizing maximum error norm to suppress numerical dispersion in forward modeling with low computational cost. Experiments show that our method achieves large convergence range and better tolerance to data noise compared with conventional FWI, while the computational cost is almost halved.
