Abstract:Purpose:The purpose of this study was to investigate the imaging features of pancreatic lymphoma,so as to better differentiate it from other pancreatic diseases. Methods:Ten cases of pathologically confirmed pancreatic lymphoma were retrospectively reviewed.Among them,9 patients were undergone dynamic enhanced CT scan,1 patient was undergone plain CT scan, and 3 patients were undergone dynamic enhanced MRI.Results:There were 3 male and 7 female patients with age ranged from 34 to 68 years, the median age was 58.5 years.Nine patients were diagnosed as diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL),and 1 patient was diagnosed as peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL).One case was with 2 lesions, and 9 cases were with single lesion;10 lesions were massive type, and 1 lesion was diffuse type;the maximum diameter of massive type lesions were 3.5-9.7cm,with median as 6.2cm;6 lesions were with fuzzy boundary;on plain CT scan,7 lesions were with iso-density,4 lesions were with slightly low density;on MRI T1WI,3 cases were with low intensity signal,on T2WI,2 cases were with high intensity signal and 1 case were with moderate intensity signal;on dynamic enhanced scans, all the lesions were with gradually mild to moderate enhancement;7 cases were with homogeneous enhancement;8 cases were with blood vessels crossed in the lesion. Conclusion:Pancreatic lymphoma is usually large and homogeneous, with mild to moderate enhancement. Some lesions show "blood vessel floating-sign",which is relatively specific.
