Abstract:Hospital is the participant of doctor-patient communication,the provider of the doctor-patient communication platform,and stakeholders.However,some problems in doctor-patient relationship are caused by the lack of communication skills or not enough emphasis on doctor-patient communication in doctors,as well as the low degree of medical knowledge and medical processes in patients.In this paper,the authors proposed that the hospital administration could be improved to resolve the problems.The points are: strengthen the training of medical staff's communication skills;communication before and after clinical diagnosis;put the patient evaluation in the doctor assessment;strengthen hospital spirit culture construction;popularize medical knowledge;set up Hospital Open Day;strengthen the communication between hospital and government;set up the doctor-patient communication room.

Abstract:Objective:In the current situation of large medical equipment configuration, we explore the existing problems in hospital equipment management, analyze the causes of those problems, and propose scientific management methods.Methods: To investigate, evaluate and analyze possibility before the acquisition of large medical equipment, to implement scientific performance evaluation after the acquisition of large medical equipment.Results: Adjust purchase plan and optimize large medical equipment configuration based on the evaluation report.Conclusion: Adopt a new method of large medical equipment performance evaluation to achieve large medical equipment configuration standardization and rationalization, and preferably provides reference to the future management of large medical equipment and acquisition decision.

Abstract:Purpose Through the standardized quality management of department, the medical quality is improved and the medical safety is ensured.Methods Through the analysis on present situation and existing problems of quality management of the department and the whole hospital, with the help of requirements of hospital evaluation standard at home and abroad for the quality management of hospital and department, the hospital’s quality management organization structure is built, the department’s quality management standards are formulated, and a standardized quality management operation mode of the department is set up.Results The standardization of quality and safety management of hospital and department is improved, and the conformity of the quality management of department is improved.Conclusion Through strengthening department’s quality management and continuous quality improvement, the hospital’s medical quality management level can be comprehensively improved.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of implementing lean management in hospital. Method Employees were organized to learn basic knowledge of lean management, discuss the responsibility and description of posts, and establish the main work flow integrating the characters of their posts. Abstract:Objective:Summarize and analyze the author where the measures taken by the General Hospital in the prevention and control of communicable diseases,Hospital management of infectious diseases.Methods:Improvement of infectious disease management,clear responsibility;conscientiously implement the infectious disease management system;to strengthen the training of the related knowledge of medical personnel,strengthen the sense of responsibility,improve the initiative,self-consciousness.Summary analysis of more relevant measures after the implementation of the 2005-2010 period of infectious diseases.Results:Complete rate of infectious diseases each year report card in 2005-2010 a gradual increase in hospital infectious disease reporting false negative rate is a declining trend,the past two years,showing the completed without omissions.Conclusion:Improving hospital communicable disease management related measures,so that medical personnel on the prevention and control of infectious diseases increased awareness,accomplish early discovery,early reporting,early isolation and early treatment,reduce the risk of transmission of infectious diseases,effective reduction of hospital cross infection,protect people's lives and health and social development and stability.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To strengthen the hospital infection process management,improve infection management efficiency and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection. METHODS The institution each key departments and infection control ward established communication instruction book,required full-time personnel every initiative to clinical communication guidance. RESULTS Full-time personnel concept change;Full b-catalyst can,timely found two up suspected outbreak and 2 infections outbreak;Hand hygiene compliance by 30% of the 2009 and 2010 gradually improve by 65% of nosocomial infection 3.9% drop to 3.1%. CONCLUSION New methods aroused the full-time staff and monitoring work enthusiasm,do part of both,make monitoring and intervention by past results infection control process of steering and link management management.

Abstract:Aiming at analyzing the personnel status of equipment management department in hospital, identifying the existing problems and proposing solutions, through analyzing personnel status of equipment management department in the current domestic hospital, and combining with the actual situation of the hospital, we put forward reform proposals. The results show that the hospital does not pay much attention to the sector development of equipment management, the discipline construction, the staffing, and the continuing education. The paper draws the conclusion that hospitals need to fully understand the importance of device management, personnel access system improving, the management of continuing education; at the same time, hospitals make use of hospital culture to propel the development of device management to make it better serve for clinical work.

Abstract:Objective To develop a new management tactics so as to improve maintenance service for medical equipment.Methods The feasibility of some management tactics to improve concentration and increase information was studied based on the analysis of market background for medical equipment services.Results A sequence of new management tactics like development of own strength,process constraint and feedback of evaluation results were proposed based on centralized strategy.Conclusion Three years' application in Shanghai proves that the new management tactics play an important role in promoting maintenance service for medical equipment.

Abstract:Strengthening the supervision over the use of large-scale medical equipment is an effective means to improve the efficiency of equipment use and the quality of medical services, and it is an important part of promoting the construction of the Healthy China and the development of health undertakings.
