Abstract:The mathematic formulation of the theory of saving energy was presented,which contains all the factors that affect the unit consumption and is very clear.It is easy to grasp the key point of saving energy.The mathematic relation of indexes of energy consumption and the difficult index of saving energy were presented simultaneity.According to initial efficiency of furnaces,the difficulty and potential of saving energy on furnaces can be predicted definitely.Which pointed out the ways for the practice of reconstructing all kinds of industry furnaces.
