Abstract:This research examined the relationship between job turnover intention and job satisfaction sub-factors using data from a survey of social worker. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the higher the job satisfaction of social workers, the lower the intention to turnover. Furthermore, it has been established that a higher level of job satisfaction correlates with lower intentions to leave the company, as measured by factors such as job content, compensation, human relations, and working environment. Thus, it was discovered that improving job satisfaction, lowering the percentage of irregular employees, creating a work-life balance in organizational culture, building strong relationships, and setting up professional management systems, support, and burnout policies were major elements in lowering social workers’ intentions of leaving. Specifically, practical and policy implications were presented and discussed by proposing that the effectiveness of the remuneration system, revitalization of education and training and career development programs, improvement of excessive workload, and establishment of various reward systems.
