Abstract:The research paradigm of financial theory evolves with the development of the related sciences.The system science can solve nonlinear,complex and dynamic problems effectively;it has been gradually applied in the financial research since 1980s.It is necessary to construct the perfect financial theory system with perfect scientific paradigm for the development of financial theory and guidance to financial practice.The system financial theory can reveal the financial system evolution rules more accurately by adopting a nonlinear,complex and dynamic method.So it is closer to actual situation compared with the modern financial theory and the behavior finance theory;therefore it will be the direction of the research paradigm in the future.

Abstract:Behavioral finance is based on the criticism of traditional finance. It tries to fetch up the analysis limitation of single behaviors in traditional finance. Like traditional finance,it is a relatively independent scientific discipline. Abstract:Behavioral finance combines the research of psychology and finance. In its theory, two kinds of mental decision biases(heuristic and frame-dependence) bring the anomalies that can not be explained by standard finance theory. Base on the decision biases of behavioral finance, and ambine rational action hypothesis and limited rationality hypothesis, which come from economical rationality hypothesis, we raise relative rationality.

Abstract:Effective market theory asserted that securities's price could always reflect the available information. Most of the traditional finance studies, especially securities analysis, were established with basis on this theory. However, it was questioned from the 1980s, starting with the noise theory's criticism on exchanging cost, then the behavior finances' question on limited arbitrage and noise trade. This article started from the divergences in the modern finances, discussed the different explanations of the decisive factors of capital price, and analyzed the relation between traditional finances and behavior finances. It insisted that effective market and behavior finances belong to the same theoretical system. They are completing rather than excluding each other.

Abstract:Theory of traditional finance is a perfect abstrartion and interpretation of the ideal market,while behavioral finance mainly covers the characteristics and results of real business in the market and is a shifting-away from the too strict theoretical hypothesis of traditional financial research model.The disparity between traditional and behavioral finance doesn't mean that they are contradictory to each other in nature.These two are actually two aspects of the same theory and thus they should be complementary instead of excluding to each other.The complementation and integration of them will be the mainstream of the research on modern financial theories and helps to construct a complete research model of modern financial theories.

Abstract:Financial development theory focuses its study on the relationship between financial development and economic growth.In the light of the two perspectives concerning economy's effect upon finance and finance's effect upon economy,this theory may be classified as phase theory and function theory.Firstly,this paper defines the three concepts: financial development theory,financial function theory and financial phase theory.Then,it makes a review of foreign and domestic documents relating to the functions of financial institutions,the relationship between financial development and economic growth,and other aspects.Finally,the concluding remarks and the further research orientation are presented.

Abstract:This paper surveys the recently emerging behavioral finance theory researches conducted through computational experiment method. At first,we introduce fundamental thought about this field. Then we emphasize the important assistance of computational experiment method and its heuristic role in studies of behavioral finance theories. Thirdly,a few typical examples are demonstrated via classification to show current development. Next,according to the demand of behavioral finance theory researches,main disadvantages of computational experiment method until now are pointed out. Finally,we discuss possible directions for future exploration.

Abstract:Research in behavioral corporate finance takes two approaches.The first one is called irrational investors model in which managerial financing and investment decisions are viewed as rational responses to securities market mispricing.The second one is called irrational managers model in which manager is assumed to be less than fully rational,and emphasizes on the effect of nonstandard preferences and judgmental biases on managerial decisions.This survey reviews the theory,empirical studies,and current evidence pertaining to each approach.The survey closes with a list of open questions for further studies.

Abstract:Standard financial theory faced with severe challenges for its failure to explain the continuously emerging unusual phenomena in financial markets in the late 20th century,so behavioral finance emerged under that background.The theory is based on the non-fully rational assumption of actors,and forms its own unique analyzing framework.The theory of behavioral finance is used to analyze the non-fully rational behavior of fund investment of social insurance,combing the theory of behavioral finance with standard financial theory,the proposal of strategies about fund investment of social insurance,which are consistent with the actual operation of financial markets,has great practical significance.

Abstract:Modern Finance has dominated the area of financial economics for at least four decades. Based on a set of strong but highly unrealistic assumptions its advocates have produced a range of very influential theories and models. Nonetheless, in the last two decades a new academic school of thought has emerged that refutes the key assumption of a homo economicus; an assumption that represents the cornerstone for the development of the theory of efficient markets. The first empirical evidence against efficient markets in the mid-eighties signalled the beginning of a fierce debate between these two schools of thought. This paper gives an overview of the key arguments of these two distinctive academic doctrines.
