Abstract:Тормозный контроль является одной из основных исполнительных функций или функций управления изменением поведения, предполагающий способность контролировать свое поведение и эмоции, чтобы делать то, что уместно и необходимо. Тормозный контроль крайне важно развивать, так как именно он предопределяет будет ли завершено любое действие. В этой связи кажется целесообразным знать факторы, которые влияют на его развитие. В выборку исследования вошли 90 человек, из них 45 детей (m = 5,7; SD = 0,9; w = 14) и 45 их матерей (m = 35,49; SD = 4.0). В качестве методики выбрана компьютерная программа рефлексометрии. В результате факторного анализа получено факторное решение, состоящее из 4-х компонентов (КМО = 0,642; р=0,01; % объясненной дисперсии = 65,8): 1) качество реактивных характеристик матери; 2) условие сформированности тормозного контроля у ребенка; 3) взаимосвязь уровня образования матери и реактивности ребенка на стимул; и 4) особенности вхождения ребенка в новую деятельность и перехода к усложненной деятельности. Сформированность тормозного контроля у родителя связана со способностью быть стабильным и предсказуемым опекуном, что создает благоприятные условия для развития ребенка. Наши данные говорят о том, что в той или иной мере формирование тормозных функций ребенка зависит как от способности матери сосредоточиться, то есть от ее собственного уровня тормозного контроля, так и от наличия образования у матери. Inhibitory control is one of the basic executive or behavior change management functions, involving the ability to control one's behavior and emotions to do what is appropriate and necessary. Inhibitory control is extremely important to develop, since it is it that determines whether any action will be completed. In this regard, it seems advisable to know the factors that influence its development. The study sample included 90 people, of which 45 were children (m = 5.7; SD = 0.9; w = 14) and 45 their mothers (m = 35.49; SD = 4.0). The computer program for reflexometry was chosen as a methodology. As a result of factor analysis, a factor solution was obtained, consisting of 4 components (KMO = 0.642; p = 0.01; % of explained variance = 65.8): 1) quality of the mother’s reactive characteristics; 2) the condition for the development of inhibitory control in a child; 3) the relationship between the level of education of the mother and the child’s reactivity to the stimulus; and 4) features of the child’s entry into new activities and transition to more complex activities. The development of inhibitory control in a parent is associated with the ability to be a stable and predictable caregiver, which creates favorable conditions for the development of the child. Our data suggest that, to one degree or another, the formation of a child’s inhibitory functions depends both on the mother’s ability to concentrate, that is, on her own level of inhibitory control, and on the mother’s education.
