Auditing of Firm's Core Competence: Indicator System and Evaluation Method

Abstract:The indicator system and evaluation method for auditing of firm's core competence are discussed in this paper, with the consideration of the limitation in existing evaluation of core competence. From five dimensions, i.e., strategic management capability, core manufacturing capability, core technological competence, organizational and interface management capability and core marketing competence, a firm's core competence is measured dynamically based on the auditing of stock, process and performance, while dynamic factors of industrial market and technology are also introduced and applied.
