Abstract:After investigating and analyzing the smoke desulfation system in some steel company,this paper calculated the economic and high-efficiency desulfation rate.According to this system,hypogyny system adapt the Siemens high quality S7 series programmable logic controller(PLC)to control the system.Epigyny adapt the Wincc specialized software to cofigurate the looks of all system.Take the industrial Ethernet as the communication channel,TCP/IP as the uniform communication protocol so as to improve the network utility of the system,as well as shorten the system action speed and improve the system precision.After using the desulfation system,the desulfation rate was improved highly and the thickness of the smoke that was let out was also lessen,the atmosphere environment was bettered and lower the payout of the environment protection.

Abstract:This paper presents a remote automatic monitor and control system of small water power station rubber dam, based on S7-200 series PLC and WinCC HMI tool. The system takes the both advantages of automatic control and remote control and remains the local manual electrical or mechanical control function. It makes the work of rubber dam more robust, stable and safe, facilitates the users more flexible and improves the power generation efficiency.

Abstract:This paper introduces an Ethernet-based online monitoring system and its application to rolling bearings of the nine fan sets. The design of the system is based on embeded system and field bus. The system has many advantages used in industry such as multi\|channel, network, practicability and high capability to cost ratio. With the operation of the system in practice for three years, the results show that the design of the system is successful and the system can be widely used for monitoring the condition of rotating machinery.

Abstract:With the aid of LabVIEW and CompactRIO, The on-line monitoring system was developed. It could monitor, collect and process multi-signal, which including vibration signal, noise signal and tempera-ture signal. This paper describes the structure and the implementation method of the system. The system u-ses FPGA and I/O modules to collect and process data in speed given. And the analysis, storage and upload functions are realized by the Real-Time Controller. Functions of system are validated by the machining ex-periment on machine tool.

Abstract:To improve the lower precision and the stability of the domestic EDM CNC system ,the research developed the high-speed and high-precision EDM CNC system which on the basis of the modern PC platform and NC controller. In this system ,a PC and Windows operating system was employed as the principal computer, and the PCI,DSP,FPGA was employed as the subordinate computer. It was able to achieve multi-axis orbital machining and high-speed complex jump machining. By being applied to EDM machine and carrying out the experiments of jump and multi-axis orbital machining,the system validated its performance of high stability and reliability.

Abstract:In allusion to problems of printing and dyeing equipment in China such as low degree of automatic monitoring,low level of informatization and poor efficiency of energy consumption management,this paper designs a monitoring system based on PLC and configuration software with system hardwares such as PLC,industrial control machine,touch screen,sensor and flowmeter,which realizes monitoring and real-time control of technological parameters such as temperature,steam,water-carrying capacity and vehicle speed with RS485 communication network in combination with PID algorithm and Kingview software.This monitoring system is implemented on the production line of desizing-scouring-bleaching combination machine of Zhejiang Yuzhan Printing and Dyeing Co.,Ltd.,and the system operates stably.Daily statement records verify the rationality and feasibility of the system.

Abstract:This design is a kind of taking FX1n-60MR PLC as the control core of the riveting device. Introduction of riveting machine overall plan design, hardware PLC circuit design, pneumatic circuit design etc. Elaborating the riveting machine manual, automatic, dynamic control module. Giving the PLC control circuit, the hardware connection circuit, touch screen interface circuit design method; the software part adopts the modular design, gives the thinking of design about data processing and control processing. The riveting machine mainly solves the problem that the existing riveting machine manual operation makes workers easy fatigue, low efficiency, low qualified rate of finished products. Changing the manual operation into automatic operation, setting relevant parameters corresponding to the signal through the touch screen, transmitting the singal to the PLC device, controlling the riveting machine power supply circuit, a pneumatic circuit, drive circuit, main circuit switching respectively to achieve the riveting machine operation automaticly, which make the products' qualified rate improves greatly, riveting speed to upgrade, besides, the touch screen on the work of real-time monitoring effect, good man-machine interface. Experimental results show that the automatic riveting machine runs good results.

Abstract:This paper introduces the realtime numerical control system for micro-EDM machine. The system uses an open structure of PC platform, and a self developed ISA control card is used for whole system control. By combining auxiliary timing circuit with the VxD (Virtual x Device), the realtime control can be realized on platform of Windows95. The long time running proves that the system is stable and reliable.

Abstract:A set of vibration and swing monitoring system for hydro machinery has been designed based on DSP and CPLD,it can collect the vibration and swing signals continuously.It can also control selection of outputs and display the peak-peak value of these signals.The system will send an alarm signal when signals are abnormal and also ensure the fault position and style .By the result of application,the reliability and stability of the system is powerful.The system can achieve monitoring the operation of hydro machinery effectively.
