Abstract:This paper involves a study of the automated logistics system of YOUNGOR's distribution center, which includes an integrated computer management and control system, a set of ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System), a multi-story warehouse system, a sorting and conveying system, and other related auxiliary equipments. A central information system was dedicatedly designed for the logistics system of apparel industry, which was integrated with WMS, ERP and DRP system. The results of this pilot project show the good potential for promoting the use of ASRS within apparel industry in China. The study and practice will help apparel companies to assess the benefits of automated logistics system in their day to day operations.

Abstract:The warehouse business has undergone a revolution with the integration of advanced technology, resulting in the transformation of traditional storage facilities into highly efficient and dynamic settings. The article delves into the ways in which warehousing operations have been transformed by a number of technological advancements, including automation, robotics, WMS, the IoT, AI, cloud computing, and AR. With increased efficiency, precision, and cost-effectiveness, these technologies have made it possible to manage inventories more effectively, fulfill orders more quickly, and make better decisions. These technology developments are expected to have an even greater impact on how supply chain management and logistics are developed in the future as the warehousing sector develops.

Abstract:In the supply chain management,the warehouse management is an important component.It is necessary to improve storage management efficiency and reduce operational costs and error rates.Therefore,it needs a new logistics information technology to replace the traditional mode of storage operation. RFID (radio frequency identification) and WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) technology can precisely solve this problem in logistics warehouse application.In this paper,a visualize warehouse management system based on RFID and WSN is designed.The model can manage entering storage,delivery of cargo and inventory pre-warning,and can push services actively.This model greatly improves the level of human-computer interaction and enhances the level and efficiency of warehouse management.

Abstract:Under the background of service-oriented manufacturing, warehouse product service system is a new kind of inventory service mode appeared in the Industrial Parks around the world. In this article, definition and characteristics of warehouse product service system were proposed and its service solution was clarified at first. Then, inventory items were divided into general parts and non-general parts based on a multi-criteria evaluation method. Next, a distributed configuration scheme was determined according to different requirements of manufacturing and service enterprises. The back-propagation neural network was used to estimate the safety stock of the general parts; while an exponential moving average method with a trend was used to estimate the space demand of the non-general parts. Finally, an industrial case was presented to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme. It can be predicted that warehouse product service system can bring a value-added service and achieve a win–win situation for manufacturing and service enterprises.

Abstract:Because of the technical limitations,the traditional Warehouse Management System(WMS) could not meet the distribution centers' requirement—the real-time information collection and automation management.The RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology can solve this problem with its particular characteristics.Based on a practical case,a new RFID-based distribution center management system is designed.The basic workflow of warehouse is briefly explained,including inflow,outflow,inventory check and replenishment.Then,the development of the practical system,the technical difficulties encountered in the course of implementation and the related solutions are introduced.Finally,the result of the system implementation is presented to prove the effectiveness of the solution.

Abstract:One of the key technologies for distributed integrated manufacturing systems is to realize automatic transmission and conversion of product data among distributed and heterogeneous systems like CAD, CAPP, CAM, CAE, etc. This paper presents an Internet-based framework of product data exchange and the architecture of the framework, which uses Internet/CORBA as the communication platform and XML as product data exchange language. This framework within which, conversion of other data formats to XML format is implemented by software agents, supports exchange of structured and non-structured product data.

Abstract:Theories and methodologies adopted in warehousing,logistics and supply chain are the bedrock for the rapid development of global economy and commercial activities.Such theories and methodologies attract researchers' attention due to their complexity and practicability.In this paper,our achievements in these fields are introduced:warehousing theory and optimization methods (especially next generation compact warehousing system),scheduling yard cranes in a container block and minimizing total travel time in a two-depot automated S/R system,minimizing the expected number of reshuffles at a container terminal and optimal mechanisms design in vendor-managed-inventory (VMI) supply chains.Then,combining the technology of Internet of things,some perspects are given on future directions of warehousing,logistics and supply chain management.

Abstract:Taking enterprise C as an example, the paper proposes to organically combine EPC Internet of Things with wireless sensor network WSN technology in response to various problems in existing warehouse management, and apply it to warehouse management to build an intelligent logistics warehouse management system. The paper designs and demonstrates the system scheme, and conducts a forward-looking research on the application of the Internet of Things in the logistics warehousing system. Through research and analysis, it is found that the Internet of Things can improve the efficiency of the logistics warehousing system and meet the requirements of cargo management, environmental monitoring and data transmission.

Abstract:There are some problems in the traditional warehousing monitoring systems, such as complex wiring and high power consumption. Sometimes the warehousing is so remote that it is not quite convenient to supply the alternating current with cable. This paper introduces a new warehousing environment monitor system based on wireless sensor network (WSN), which can acquire real-time warehousing environment parameters and reduce the unnecessary loss caused by emergency such as fire. We adopt the CC2530 as a wireless data transceiver, SHT11 temperature and humidity sensors to realize the gathering of warehousing environment parameter, and voice module to realize audio acquisition. The communication system run the corresponding program for the coordinator nodes and terminal nodes under the IAR system, and realize data transmission between the nodes in a star network. The experimental results show that the system can realize the acquisition and processing of environmental temperature and humidity in a wide area.

Abstract:A RFID-based intelligent warehouse management system (RFID-IWMS) is proposed in this paper. The RFIDIWMS helps to achieve better inventory control, as well as to improve operation efficiency. To this purpose, it automates the manual warehouse operation and provides tight integration with current warehouse management system (WMS). In this system, RFID tags are embedded in the pallets and shelves. In addition, forklifts are equipped with intelligent terminal as well as RFID reader and antenna to support automatic data scanning and storage location checking. Moreover, a middle layer software component is design to facilitate the communication between WMS, portable terminals and forklift terminals through wireless LAN. Besides, it also supports additional powerful functions such as forklift scheduling, picking sequence management and 3D shelves monitoring. The design of the system makes full use of the existing equipments and facilities and has the feature of low cost and quick inaction. Through real working practice in the distribution center of Bailian Group, the system is proved to be feasible in the aspects of both technology and cost.

Abstract:With the development of information technology at home and abroad and the rapid popularization of mobile Internet, the data of business systems has increased exponentially. The processing and storage capabilities of traditional centralized databases are facing great challenges. Distributed databases have become the only way for enterprises to transform their digitalization. At the same time, in order to break through the market monopoly of traditional database vendors, it is a strong demand for the domestic database market to realize the localization of distributed database brands. This technical research paper constitutes a storage engine for distributed databases by studying consistent hash distributed storage, data sharding technology and transaction consistency. On the basis of the above technical research, further discussion on the hierarchical design of distributed storage engines, distributed system expansion and data rebalancing, provides theoretical and practical basis for creating mature and stable distributed database innovative products.

Abstract:Abstract This paper mainly focuses on the volume calculation of materials in the warehouse where sand and gravel materials are stored and monitored whether materials are lacking in real-time. Specifically, we proposed the sandpile model and the point cloud projection obtained from the LiDAR sensors to calculate the material volume. We use distributed edge computing modules to build a centralized system and transmit data remotely through a high-power wireless network, which solves sensor placement and data transmission in a complex warehouse environment. Our centralized system can also reduce worker participation in a harsh factorial environment. Furthermore, the point cloud data of the warehouse is colored to visualize the actual factorial environment. Our centralized system has been deployed in the real factorial environment and got a good performance.

Abstract:In order to cut down on costs to the greatest possible extent, enterprises hope to distribute goods to different customers at the lowest costs possible. Based on this, this paper proposes an optimal location method for an intelligent transportation logistics warehouse. This scheme combines a variety of complex mechanisms to allow IoT devices to provide input. The scheme makes full use of the irreducibility of a blockchain system to promote the development and design of blockchain logistics applications. This method is aimed at tracking the progress of transportation of products in the whole supply chain. Experimental results show that, compared with traditional methods, the optimal positioning method has the advantages of fewer calculations, a high positioning accuracy, and a low overall cost, and it obtains the best warehouse positioning results. Based on the Internet of Things and blockchain technology, the application of intelligent logistics systems enables enterprises to intuitively understand their current inventory and the transportation status of goods, thus better controlling changes in enterprise resources.
