Abstract:Based on long-term conservation tillage experiment, change of the soil enzymes and microbial population were determined by No-tillage without straw(NT), No-till with straw(NT+S), Turnover tillage without straw(T), Turnover tillage with straw(T+S) incorporated respectively as four treatments. Under the four cultivation modes, the activities of test enzyme were higher in the treatments of no-tillage than in the treatments of conventional tillage, being the highest under no-tillage + stubble-remaining and the lowest under conventional tillage; During the crop's growth period, activities of soil urease and alkaline phosphatase showed a down-up-down trend, and the peaks of which turned up at seeding stage and silking stage, respectively. Activities of soil sucrase and dehydrogenase showed an upward trend between seeding and silking stage, whereas a downward trend since the silking stage. Compared with normal tillage, the no-tillage and returning straw to soil significantly improved the amount of bacteria, fungi and actinomyces; The quantities of soil ure-ase, alkaline phosphata and sucrase were significantly positively correlated with soil microbial population level. Meanwhile the correlation coefficient among the soil dehydrogenase and the fungi population reached siginificant level.
