Abstract:This paper compared the differences in clinical education between Chinaand America in several respects, e.g. the time the students in clinical practice, the instructional mode,the evaluation mode,the students'personality,the students'learning attitude,the vocational perspective, and the teachers'occupational environment,etc. Then, combined with the confusions of clinical teaching in the reality in China, we discussed the educational reforms in clinical medicine in order to provide some references in the further.
