New Low-cost CCM PFC Controller and Design for It's Application Circuit

Abstract:This paper introduced the main feature of a new continuous conduction mode (CCM) power factor correction (PFC) controller, named ICE1PCS01. The design procedure for it's application circuit are mainly discussed. It's simple encapsulation of 8 pin and few periphery components keep low cost of the PFC converter circuit.
