Abstract:In view of the pattern of mixed operation and financial groups dominating finance, the paper discusses how to conduct the reform in organizational structure to cope with it by the financial supervision system. By reviewing the design principle and the applied of the financial supervision system, analyzing the drawbacks of the traditional sector model and model in the pattern of mixed operation, and introducing the internationally principal ways to supervise over the financial groups, this paper works out a target model and concludes that in financial supervision, the importance should be attached to the basic distinction between financial business and other ones, no matter how the supervision is jointed or integrated.
