INVESTIGATION ON THE TTV INFECTION CONDITION IN XINGTAI HEALTHY BLOOD DONORS

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the TTV infec ti on condition in local healthy people and the significance that TTV exists in hum an body for a long time.Methods:One hundred and twenty volunteer blood donors in Xingt ai City were selected to have their TTV infection condition detected.Two methods of N22 PCR and UTR PCR were used.Results:By N22 PCR the positive rate of TTV in the serum is 30 00%,and by UTR PCR the positive rate of TTV in the serum is 100% Conclusion:The result indicates that the TTV infection exists in Xingtai,and the positive rate of the TTV in serum differs from that of TTV DN A in Gui Zhou(6 45%),Shen Zhen(7 80%),etc
