Combined Virtual-Physical Experimental Method Applied in High Voltage Experimental Teaching

Abstract:This paper presents a new experimental instruction technique,the combined virtual-physical experimental Method,which is applied in high voltage experimental teaching. This approach addresses issues associated with high voltage experimentation,the high equipment bulk and cost,and the potential safety risks incurred when used by novices. An investigation indicates that the virtual experiment platform deployed in the proposed method effectively provides students an opportunity to become familiar with the steps and data processing in physical experiments safely,as well as increase their understanding and skills.
