Technologies of Configured Flow and Knowledge Management of OA Model

Abstract:The workflow technology is the crucial technique that improves the efficiency of enterprise business process and productivity. Knowledge management is the science of passing correlative information and knowledge to the appropriate persons at the proper time in order to make full use of the knowledge and information, take the prompt action and produce the best effects. This paper studies the application of workflow technology and knowledge management methods to the office automation, and gives a model of OA that is based on the theory of workflow and is characteristic of flow configuration and knowledge management. The authors call it FDOA model. This model has introduced the method of the flow configuration and has realized the automatic process that every entry works cooperatively by the use of the knowledge.
