Abstract:The nanophase materials are the functional materials with manifold excellent performance and have broad application prospects. In this paper, we summarized the present situation and the latest research progress in the application technology of nanophase materials. We give a detailed introduction to the application and research situation of the nanophase materials in mould, the secondary cell of lithium ion, solar cell, functional coatings, and so on. We also look forward to the future of the a pplication technology in nanophase materials.\;

Abstract:Nanoparticles are atomic or molecular groups composed of a very small number of atoms or molecules. The particles have a shell structure. Nanomaterials are made up of a long-range ordered arrangement of atoms in grains and a disordered interface composition. The nanomaterial has a large number of interfaces. These unique volume effects, surface effects, and macroscopic quantum tunnelling effects enable nanomaterials to have unusual mechanical, electrical, magnetic, thermal, optical, catalysis, and superconducting properties. Such characteristics make nanomaterials have significant application value in the fields of national defense, electronics, chemical industry, metallurgy, light industry, aviation, ceramics, catalysts, medicine, etc. The development of nanomaterial technology will have a profound impact on the productivity and may solve a series of problems such as food, health, energy and environmental protection fundamentally. This article analyzes the application prospect of nanomaterial and different preparation method. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of preparation are shown in the article which provides a literature review for researchers to refer.

Abstract:This paper birefly presents the basic concepts of nano-science technology and nanoelectronics development history. Based on the discussion of the development of the nanoelectronics,this article pointed out that the aim of the nanoelectronics is "smaller,faster,cooler" at the devices requiring of the electronics,and studied the realistic and historical purpose of the nanoelectronics. Based on the composing material,basic theories and basic characteristic of the nanoelectronics devices,this article especially analyzes the status of single electron devices;it is showed that the inevitability of the devolopment is nanoelectronics integrated circuit and nanoelectronics calculation. Based on above analysis,this papr points out the existing problems and forecasts the trend of the nanolectronics.

Abstract:With the rapid development of new energy battery field, the repeated charge and discharge capacity and electric energy storage of battery are the key directions of research. Therefore, the selection standards of electrode materials and electrolyte are continuously improved, ordinary battery materials can no longer meet the needs of development. As a new type of material, nanomaterials have been widely used in many industries due to their special structure and properties. Similarly, nanomaterials also provide new possibilities for the development of new energy batteries. This paper mainly explores the different applications of nanomaterials in new energy batteries, focusing on the basic structural properties and preparation methods of nanomaterials, as well as the applications of different nanomaterials in the positive and negative materials of new energy batteries, and forecasts the future development direction of this industry. This paper is expected to provide ideas for the research of nanomaterials and new energy batteries, and promote the national research on new batteries.

Abstract:The application of carbon nanotube has attracted a lot of attention with the develop-ment of the research on carbon nanotube.By analyzing its unique physical properties,its future application is discussed in detail.We focus on the discussion of electrical properties,such as conduction,current ability,current mode,and field emission.On the basis,its applications to nano-electronics and electron field emission device are analyzed.At the same time ,the magnetic,mechanic and sensing properties are discussed.Form these analysis,it can be understood that carbon nanotube can be used in a wide range,such as nano-mechanics,electromagnetic absorp-tion and sensors.
