Abstract:The deepening reform and development of the country has put forward new requirements for enterprises and institutions, and in this process, the leaders of the relevant units must adhere to innovative ideas, increase the importance of ideological and political work, and strengthen the construction of the talent team, to lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of enterprises and institutions. Currently, through the influence of the Internet, the staff’s thinking presents a diversified development trend. The ideological and political workers of enterprises and institutions need to establish correct values for the staff through scientific methods and inspire their love and dedication to work, to achieve the goal of improving efficiency and cohesion of the core strength. Based on this, this paper analyses the impact of ideological and political work on the construction of enterprise and public institutions and the inadequacies that exist in the process of carrying out the relevant work, and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy, hoping to be able to carry out the ideological and political work of the majority of enterprises and public institutions to provide advice and reference.

Abstract:Creative thinking capability of undergraduates is increasingly important for the progress of society and building an innovative country. It is easy to reach a consensus, but we need efficient and effective ways to reach the goal. Based on Basic-element theory of Extenics, we put forward a new path to improve the creative thinking capability of undergraduates using a formulized basic-element analyzing model. With the guide of the Basic-element extending model, the undergraduates can collect attributes of things by information technology, and then extend out many creative thinking directions systematically. Finally many innovation solutions are obtained from the above directions. The case study shows it is helpful as a common innovative approach to improve undergraduates' creative thinking capability effectively.

Abstract:Crowdsourcing is widely used to solve creative problems of ideation in HCI domain. To improve the creativity of crowdsourcing outcomes, researchers have proposed multiple approaches to support crowd workers' idea proposal step. Other steps in designers' creative process, such as information gathering and reflective activity, also impact idea creativity, while their effects in crowdsourcing scenarios remain unexplored. Therefore, referring to the creativity research, this study proposed an approach that optimized crowdsourcing tasks to help crowd workers perform information gathering and reflective activity. Two experiments involving 427 workers were conducted to test the effects of our approach. Results showed that instructing crowd workers to gather information and reflect on their ideas positively affected the creativity of crowdsourcing outcomes. This study provides inspiration for the optimization of crowdsourcing tasks and offers insights to the researchers who focus on using crowd power to achieve the ideation process.

Abstract:As ideological and political education workers in universities, we have the historical mission of cultivating college students’ socialist ideology and moral character with Chinese characteristics, shaping college students’ ideal personality with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and guiding them to practice socialist behavior in the new era. This requires ideological and political education workers in universities to have ideals, a correct view of life, and patience. We need to do our work carefully and solidly, and ensure that our daily work is in place. We should also be good at collaborating with ideological and political workers from all walks of life and working together. Universities should strictly enforce discipline, use necessary disciplinary measures in college students’ ideological and political education work (the bottom line of discipline), and cultivate college students’ compliance with laws and regulations. We can improve the education skills of ideological and political education workers through training in ideological and political work skills, etc.

Abstract:Critical thinking is the process of value assessment and reflection on the basis of reasonable judgment and appropriate criteria.Despite its short history in psychological research,the exploration of this concept began with Descartes in the age of enlightenment.Descartes held the view that most of human knowledge is constructed on erred bases.Hence,in the pursuit of truth,the best method is to first cast doubt on all concepts and knowledge at hand.The doubt helps to discover and solve problems,and in the process knowledge is advanced and certainty is obtained.This kind of doubting is precisely the essence of critical thinking.Since 1980s,Ennis and Facione have studied the characteristics of Westerners' critical thinking using modern psychological methods.They suggested that critical thinking could be measured along three dimensions:analytical ability,openness,and application.The current research is comprised of four parts.First,we determined the structures and effects of critical thinking in Chinese.Second,we explored the relation between critical thinking and creativity in college students.Third,we explored the relation between critical thinking and innovation in employees.Forth,we studied how to improve Chinese innovation by manipulating critical thinking.By systematically examining the relation between critical thinking and innovation,this line of research will help us better understand the mechanisms and effects of critical thinking and provide theoretical support for the mass innovation initiative proposed at the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC.

Abstract:As the subject of translation activities, translators have been neglected for a long time. The translator’s subjectivity and creativity have a profound influence on the interpretation of the core content of his works. Taking the multiple translation understandings of the word ideology in Ideology as an example, based on a detailed explanation of the concept of translator’s subjectivity, this paper discusses the factors that restrict the exertion of translator’s subjectivity and how to give full play to the translator’s subjectivity more appropriately, which is conducive to improve the conformity between English translation and Marx’s original philosophical works, and at the same time making excellent philosophical works of truth spread to the world.
